Well-known developer and Yuga Labs Vice President 0xQuit posted on X that the situation with Aave is dire and worsening, with multiple liquidity pools reaching 100% utilization, causing depositors to be "stuck," and the protocol facing further bad debt risks... If the price of ETH drops and Aave cannot effectively liquidate (which is indeed the case currently), it will ultimately lead to inefficient liquidations, resulting in more bad debt. If the problem cannot be resolved quickly, this situation may snowball.
